We access your sleep stage data (SWS, REM) in real-time to provide the core functionality of our app (TMR). We do not sell your health data. It is only used to trigger audio playback at the correct time.
- Account info (email, name) - Biometric data (sleep phases) via HealthKit / WHOOP API - Usage data (what audio was played)
